Prathima joined BOIPL in 2014 to lead the Managed Services division of our elite NHS clients and now heads the operations. A science graduate with 25 years of expertise in the medical transcription industry, Prathima has successfully handled different domains including quality, projects, and operations. She is a great team player and an inspiring leader who believes that each person can adapt to changing circumstances and contribute to a greater cause. She strongly believes in keeping her feet grounded, but is always ready to unfurl her wings to take off.
