Satheesan is our Chief Executive Officer and serves on our board of directors. He is responsible for planning and execution of the business strategy in line with the group’s overall goals and objectives. He joined BOIPL in 2014 as its COO and has been responsible for its transformation into a professional outfit, guiding it through mergers and acquisitions. He has more than two decades of management experience of having handled service and product organizations of different geographies, mainly the US and the UK. He is also a Certified Professional Coach, Systemic Team Coach, and a Mentor Coach.
