Customer Success Agent Trainee

Job Description
  • Understanding of operating systems, software applications, and network basics.
  • Maintaining detailed records of technical issues, solutions, and user interactions. It includes CRM or a ticketing tool to log all queries
  • Helping Users via phone, email, or chat, answering questions, and guiding them through problem resolution
  • Knowing when to escalate complex issues to senior support Team members or Supervisors.
  • Detailed product knowledge will help us support all User queries. There are multiple software versions and applications through which we support end Users. Must be a certified IT Analyst to support End Users.

 Job Specifications 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with users and document solutions.
  • Fresher with a bachelor's degree in computer science/IT/or a related field.
  • IT certifications will be added advantage for non-CS graduates
  • A positive attitude and willingness to help users resolve their problems.
  • Ability to diagnose issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.

 



Direct Upload Proofers

Job Description
• Listen to the recorded dictation of a doctor or other healthcare professionals
• Review and edit drafts prepared by speech recognition software, making sure that the transcription is correct, complete, and has a         consistent style
• Submit health records for physicians to approve by direct upload in software
• Ensuring the agreed standards for Quality & performance are met on monthly basis
• Submit the reports within the stipulated timeline/TAT as provided by Clients
• To be multiskilled in handling reports of various specialities
• Follow patient confidentiality guidelines and legal documentation requirements
• Follow the guidelines and report to respective immediate manager.
• Improvising the performance and quality targets/standards as per Company expectations
• Ensuring adherence to ISMS/PIMS guidelines
